SHOP POLICIES

1. Yarns can be returned, with receipt, within 30 days for a full refund, or exchange. Yarns held over 30 days or returns without receipt will receive exchange or credit for current value. All yarn must be in original condition.

2. Patterns, books, consignment items and notions cannot be returned.

3. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale yarns or yarns we no longer carry.

5. Class registration payment or deposit will be refunded if the Sweitzer’s Countryside cancels the class.

6. Class fees will be fully refundable up to one week prior to the beginning of a class. After that time they will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Special orders must be pre-paid.

8. Returned checks will be assessed the fee charged by our bank.

9. Questions are welcome at anytime as long as owner or employee has time to answer. As long as question fits into a 10-minuet time frame.  Anything over 10 minuets will be considered a private lesson @ $10 per half hour.

10.) When registered for a class you will be allowed to cancel and reschedule up to 2 times. There after you will loose the hours on class card or you loose the class make up time.
